Jeremy Coleman: Owner, therapist

My Story

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I believe therapy works best when it feels real, collaborative, and grounded in the everyday experiences of my clients. My goal is to create a space where you can explore challenges without judgment and begin building strategies that support real change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, or relationship dynamics, I aim to meet you with honesty, compassion, and practical tools.

I use a client-centered approach informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and psychoeducation. I tailor sessions to meet your needs, offering support and direct feedback to help you better understand yourself, develop coping skills, and move toward your goals. I am affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities, neurodivergent experiences, and people from all walks of life.

I work with adults and have a special interest in supporting those working through anxiety, trauma recovery, relationship stress, and self-worth. I received my Master of Education in Counseling and Human Development from Lindsey Wilson College and bring a grounded, nonjudgmental perspective to every session.

If you're looking for a therapist who is honest, approachable, and practical in their support, I’d be glad to work with you.
